Dear Commanders,
We are so excited to send to you this copy (see links above) of the 40th annual Awana Ministry Conf Programs, in English and Spanish, for you to forward on or print and distribute to your leaders. (Remember this is still just a draft the final program will be given to each person on October 3, the Day of the Conference, since there could still be some minor adjustments)
We together with Awana HQ are hoping that each church will bring at least 70% of your Awana leadership; this includes, listeners, secretaries, and LIT's.
You will also want to invite any and all of your previous Citation Earners (there will be special seating for them). They can register at the special LIT & College student price. You can even bring parents to count towards your 70%. They would register at the Leader price. One Pastor from each church counts for 3 and is FREE !! You will have to bring over 25 people to be able to take in all these wonderful workshops (over 100). Sixty-eiight teachers have been planning for months now to share with you what God has laid on their hearts to Proclaim the Gospel to your neighborhoods this year.
